Opened in August 2005, Parallel Seventeen is an award-winning contemporary Vietnamese bistro and bar located in Denvers uptown neighborhood. The menu is drawn from the common dining practice of Hué, Vietnam, that features tapas-style, small plates shared among the table, as well as larger entrees. As such, the dining experience is interactive and allows diners to try dishes they may not normally gravitate toward.
